In my sculptures, I start from figuration, but my aim is to transmit feelings through movement.
I am interested in movement and feeling, and the link between the two. The way in which, sometimes, movement reflects feeling.
Sitting in a bar and watching people walk, move, express themselves ... Movements say a lot about a person. By observing people, you can deduce about their personality, their feelings maybe, bits and pieces of their life, or you can get closer to their life.
What interests me is to capture the moods reflected in the movements and postures of the body.
